Introducing Maloof Browne & Eagan LLC
With many decades of combined litigation
experience, Maloof Browne & Eagan’s partners handle transportation,
insurance coverage and commercial litigation and have been involved
in some of the major international transportation casualties of
the last 20 years. The name partners previously worked at prominent
firms engaged in complex litigation, and over the years played roles
in such headline-making cases as "The Pentagon Papers"
case, the U.S. Steel/Marathon Oil tender offer litigation, the MV
Elma Tres ship sinking/mass catastrophe and the Sompo train derailment
litigations. In recent years their emphasis has been on high profile
litigations at the leading-edge of federal transportation and maritime
law. The firm’s specialization in careful investigations has
its origins in David T. Maloof’s work in the early 1980's
as an investigative television reporter, seen on WNET-13, where
he broke the "Taggart Affair" political-patronage scandal
in New Jersey. |
